Note- this version contains  the  addition of fresh compost tea as an option.
Note--When I give choices
--my favorite is always first on the list.
1. A granular organic fertilizer - [I prefer a granular that has a base of poultry manure] My choices  are  LadyBug, or  Sustane,
2. A Fish/Seaweed liquid-- Choose   LadyBug--John's Recipe
or Natures Guide
3. Agrispon  [ a liquid biostimulant ]******** very important

1.  A granular fertilization is  always applied  to both lawn and beds.
Rates-- Lady Bug at 6 lbs per 1000 sq. ft.
or    Sustane 20 lbs per 1000 sq. ft.
2. + 3.  A foliar spray is a mixture of 2 oz Fish/ Seaweed/ liquid and 1 oz Agrispon to 1 gallon of water per 1000 sq. ft. [sprayed on everything)

Sept.15-Oct.15----Apply  Powdered Corn Gluten Meal.[ if you plan to overseed with winter grass you must apply after grass has come up]
2 weeks later-----Apply a granular
and a foliar spray.**
Apply powdered corn gluten meal at a rate of 20  pounds per 1000 sq. ft. and water it lightly so it won't blow away.  A drop spreader  makes it easier to apply powdered corn gluten meal [ it is dusty ] but broadcast spreaders will work too.
**For those of you lucky enough to be able  buy properly brewed compost tea ( available between April-October when night temps are above 55 degrees)
It will speed your program up- you can add it as often as once a month .  You may also choose to use the compost tea ( 1 gallon per 1000 Sq. feet) instead of the fish/ seaweed in the foliar during the dates  when you are  applying the granular as well-if the temperatures are not falling below 55 degrees ( be sure to use the Agrispon too-and remember -don't use tap water with the compost tea.)

Be sure to buy a bag that just says  just CORN GLUTEN MEAL

*****If it says Granular, Spreadable or Fine Grind
it is not the right product *****
